My aim, through Firebird, is to solve succession issues by acquiring SMEs from retiring owners; enabling key team members to become shareholders; and proactively supporting growth.

​A little about me: I started as a Chartered Accountant at PwC, moved into Business Recovery during the Global Financial Crisis, then joined a private equity house. Eventually, I ran my own business for six years before selling it in 2020. Now, my focus at Firebird Capital is finding businesses to invest in and supporting their growth. I'm also a certified Scaling Up Coach.
